Jean DeFratis

Jean C. DeFratis, 67, of Cheyenne died January 4, 2015 in Cheyenne. She was born July 30, 1947 in Cheyenne to Edward and June Fessler. She married Robert J. DeFratis on June 28, 1975 in Cheyenne. She was a Director of The Wyoming Alcohol and Drug Abuse Program the State of Wyoming and was a member of St. Mary's Cathedral. She is survived by her son Matthew (Jamie) DeFratis of Cheyenne; grandchildren, Tyler, James, Devin and Lillie DeFratis; siblings, Ann Schneider of Denver, Daniel Fessler of Ft. Bragg, CA and Edward Fessler of Sheridan, WY, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband and her parents. Those who wish may contribute to her grandchildren's educational fund. A Funeral Liturgy will be 1:00 p.m. Friday at St. Mary's Cathedral. Cremation and services are under the care of Schrader Funeral Home.
