Jerry Farris

Mr. Jerry Dean Farris, 44, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Thursday, March 27, 2014. Jerry was born May 21, 1969, in Cheyenne, son of Donald L. and Cheryl L. (Doggett) Farris. Jerry loved people and he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He was extremely generous with his time, and he was especially caring in the way that he remembered his mother and other family members. His interests included NASCAR and his favorite drivers were the Earnhardts and Kevin Harvick. He also enjoyed working for King Soopers until his retirement. Jerry is survived by his parents, Donald and Cheryl Farris of Cheyenne; his sister, Connie Paul of Cheyenne; his maternal grandmother, Margil Hubbard of Cheyenne; his paternal grandmother, Bernice Farris; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. A memorial service will be conducted on Saturday, April 5, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. at the Schrader Chapel with The Reverend Delbert Hansen officiating. Cremation is under the direction of Schrader Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Schrader Funeral Home, Cheyenne.
