A memorial services will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 4776 Mountain Rd., with Pastor Jeff Heitsch officiating. A reception at the American Legion Post 6 will follow the services. Cremation has taken place at Schrader’s Sunset park Crematory. Honorary Pallbearers will be all of her family and friends. Jessica Belle Mowl, 17, of Cheyenne died September 21, 2010 in Cheyenne. Jessica was born December 31, 1992 in Herleen, Holland to George and Janet Mowl. She loved to play with friends, loved the outdoors and to travel. She was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church. She is survived by her parents, George and Janet Mowl of Cheyenne; sisters Ashley (Casey) Rooney, Allison Mowl and Melissa Mowl all of Cheyenne; grandparents, Elwyn and Marie Fowler of Corunna, MI, John and Alice McDougall of Las Vegas, NV; aunts and uncles, James (Tammy) Mowl of Corunna, MI, Shanneon Mowl of Kissimmee, FL, Yvonne (Tim) Rousch of Lansing, MI, Amy (Gary) Parsons of Owosso, MI, Carol (Harold) Pomykal of Las Vegas, NV, James McDougal l of Las Vegas, NV and Douglas McDougall of Las Vegas, NV and many cousins, Jestin, Ashley, Jimmy, Kari, Garrett, Colton, Alyssa, Nathan and Max.
