Jessica Starks

Jessica Starks, 43 of Cheyenne, Wyoming, passed away Friday, October 1, 2021 at the Casper Central Wyoming Hospice.

Jessica was born December 26, 1977 in Newcastle, Wyoming, the daughter of Michael and Paula Starks.

Needlepoint and gardening were two of her favorite hobbies. She was an avid Bronco fan and enjoyed their wins as well as harassing Zach about Raider defeats. Although she worked at various jobs, her volunteer work for the Wyoming Epilepsy Association was her most fulfilling. She loved her children and any time she could spend with them was her greatest pleasure.

Jessica is survived by her life partner, Zach Lester; two children, Shawn Heinrich and Orlene Brown; her sister Marie (James) Castleberry; and her father Michael Starks. Jessica was preceded in death by her mother Paula Starks.

A funeral liturgy will be held Saturday, October 9th, at 10:30 a.m. at Holy Trinity Catholic Church. Inurnment will follow at Olivet Cemetery.

In liue of flowers, her family requests donations be made to the Wyoming Epilepsy Association.
