John Bunten, Jr.

John Allan Bunten, Jr., 60, of Denver, Colorado, died January 7, 2015 in Denver. He was born January 31, 1954 in Cheyenne. He married Kathryn Hoffman Sargent in 2005, and she also died at the same time. He retired from Union Pacific and Amtrak as a customer service representative and continued to work at Sargent Property Management. He is survived by his step-mother, Paula Baldeshwiler of Cheyenne; siblings, Cynthia Miller of Houston, Michael Bunten of Cheyenne, and Deborah White of Cheyenne; and his mother, Ann Moore of Las Vegas, NV. He was preceded in death by his father, John A. Bunten, Sr. Cremation has taken place under the care of Schrader Funeral Home and services will be announced at a later date.
