John Dunegan

John Frederick Dunegan, 73, of Cheyenne died March 2, 2016, at Whispering Chase. He was born November 12, 1942, in Great Bend, Kansas. He served in the United States Navy for 10 years and worked at Wycon/Coastal Chemicals for many years in Cheyenne. He enjoyed traveling and visiting friends. He is survived by his companion of 24 years, Judy Plummer; an ex-wife, Evelyn; his children, Patrick M. (Rachel) Dunegan of Aplington, IA, Eric Dunegan of Cheyenne, WY, and Marc Dunegan of Lakewood, CO; and three grandchildren, Benjamin Dunegan, Sarah (Matt) Harken, and JoAnna Dunegan. He is preceded in death by his parents, Patrick and Mildred Dunegan; two brothers and a sister, Patrick Dunegan, Glen Hannigan and Virginia Hannigan. A memorial service will be celebrated on Thursday, March 10, 2016, at 1:00 p.m. at the Lakeview Chapel at Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home.
