Karen Rae Clodfelter, 75, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, passed away Monday, September 12, 2016, at the Davis Hospice Center. Karen was born August 17, 1941, in Ft. Dodge, Iowa, a daughter of the late Victor E. and Dorothy J. (Birch) Johnson. Karen was a graduate of Cheyenne High School. She worked for the Internal Revenue Service as a collection agent in both Colorado and Cheyenne. She enjoyed painting and was an avid Denver Bronco fan. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Karen is survived by two children, Mark Clodfelter and Raejean Bosley; two grandchildren, Alyssa Hampton (Steven) and Nick Bosley; five great-grandchildren, Kaylee Dicken, Hunter Parrott, Logan Hampton, Blake Hampton and Aneesa Hampton; and a sister, Marcia Johnson. She is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Richard Johnson. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
