Katherin K. Carter, 79, of Cheyenne, Wyoming passed away Thursday, February 14, 2019 at the Cheyenne Regional Medical Center. Katherin was born March 14, 1939 in Palisade, Nebraska. Services will be held at a later date. Cremation is under the care of Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home.
