Kathleen Peters

Mrs. Kathleen R. "Kathie" (Falzone) (Williams) Peters, 67, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, went into the arms of Jesus, her Lord and Savior, on Wednesday, May 7, 2014. Kathie was born September 30, 1946, in Laramie, Wyoming, a daughter of Harold H. and Margaret J. (Leazenby) Falzone. She lived her life in the light of Christ, loving and caring for others before herself. Kathie loved her family more than life itself. Thoughtful and encouraging, Kathie gravitated toward older people and their needs. Always in the moment, her life was an adventure filled with joy and laughter. Kathie was a graduate of Lingle High School. She worked in retail, child care, the travel industry, and banking. She worked at PARC Bingo (Promotional Activities for Retarded Citizens) who's mission was to raise money for non-profits caring for individuals with disabilities. Kathie is survived by her loving and devoted husband, Lester H. Peters; her father, Harold Falzone; daughter, Micheal (Les) Silvey (granddaughter Kailey); son, Glen H. Williams (grandchildren, Michael and Halei); sisters, Starrlee (Lynn) Leavitt (nieces Rebecca and Wendy) and Colleen (Jim) Hanson; brother, Jim (Jeanne) Falzone (nephews Corey, Michael, and Chad); and several grandnieces and grandnephews. She was preceded in death by her twin-brother, Michael Falzone; her mother, Margaret Falzone; and her first husband, Glen W. Williams. A service celebrating her life will be held on Tuesday, May 13, 2014, at 4:00 p.m. at Calvary Chapel, 9209 Ridge Rd., 307-635-2977, with Pastor Shaun Sells officiating with a reception immediately following. Cremation is under the direction of Schrader Funeral Home. Expressions of sympathy in Kathie's memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
