Keith Herman Miller, passed away peacefully, on September 19, 2024, at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center, after a long, courageous battle with illness.

Keith Miller was born on October 29, 1943, in Sidney, Nebraska, to Herman and Dorothy (Grimes) Miller. He graduated from Gurley High School in 1962 where he stayed on the farm until he took up his passion of aviation. Keith then enrolled in the WNCC Aviation program in March of 73 and graduated on 11-8-74. After a lengthy career in aviation maintenance, he came back to WNCC and taught at the Aviation program where he graduated from and taught from 8-98 through 2-2020. 

He married his true love Cheryl Studnicka on August 10, 1965, to which Bryon and Michelle were born.

He was preceded in death by his wife Cheryl Miller of 56 years, Parents: Herman and Dorothy, siblings: Marilyn, Bruce and Gene, granddaughter Nicole, and nephew Brandon. He is survived by his son Bryon (Michelle) Miller of Cheyenne, daughter Michelle (Chris) Miller of Mitchell, granddaughters: Ashley (Kyle) of Scottsbluff, NE, Bryli Miller of Scottsbluff, NE , Taylor (Cesar) Martinez of Silverdale, WA, Alesia Miller of Gering, NE, grandson, Trey Miller of Scottsbluff, NE, sister-in-law, Denise Miller of Cheyenne, WY, six great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

He loved flying, farming, watching westerns and the time he got to spend with family.

A service will be held at Immanuel Lutheran Church of Lodgepole Nebraska on Monday, September 30, 2024, at 11 am.
