Kristopher K. Kocjan, 35, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, passed away tragically Saturday, September 16, 2017, in Weld County, Colorado. Kris was born February 6, 1982, in Page, Arizona, a son of Ted Kocjan and Rendia Moore. Kris grew up in Page, Arizona, and graduated from Page High School. He loved the desert and he enjoyed four-wheeling and off-roading.. He worked as a truck driver and loved driving truck for the past 13 years for numerous trucking companies. He made friends with everyone that he met and he especially enjoyed telling stories. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, son, brother, uncle and friend. Kris is survived by his loving wife, Heather (Scheel) Kocjan; three daughters, Kylie, Justice and Presley Kocjan; father, Ted Kocjan; mother, Rendia Moore; siblings, Jeremy Kocjan (Dusty), Paul Kocjan (Danielle), Thomas Rios (Brenda), and Michael Rios; and nieces and nephews, Mekenzie, Trinity, Lexi, Bree and Rissa Kocjan, Aurianna, Tanner and Payton Stewart, McKinlee and Gabe Rios, and all of the Scheel family nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Lua and Geneva Moore and Paul and Myrtle Kocjan; and his cousin, Kyle Kocjan. A memory service will be celebrated on Friday, September 22, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. at the Lakeview Chapel at Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home. A reception will follow at the Schrader Reception Center. Donations in Kris' memory may be made to the Kristopher Kocjan Memorial Fund for the benefit of his daughters' education.
