Larry Joseph Bluel, 60, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, passed away Monday, December 5, 2016, at the Davis Hospice Center. Larry was born July 31, 1956, in Cheyenne, a son of the late Leonard and Catherine (Moser) Bluel. Larry retired from Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad after 40 years of faithful service. He loved the outdoors and he enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping with his brothers and family. His other interests included watching football and baseball, and he loved music. Larry is survived by his wife, Debbie Bluel of Cheyenne; children, Andrea Bluel (Mike Otto), Janelle Parrish (Tim) and Matthew Bluel (Traci Villa), all of Cheyenne; two brothers, Rick Bluel (Cheryl) of Meeteetse, WY, and John Bluel (Sandi) of Wellington, CO; sister, Christine Cilley (Dave) of Lebanon, OR; four grandchildren, Logan Otto, Elisia Otto, Matthew Dill and Isaiah Bluel; and caregiver, Mary Edwards-Hendrickson of Hillsdale, WY. A private family celebration will be held at a later date. Cremation is under the care of Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home. Donations in Larry's memory may be made to the American Cancer Society or Davis Hospice Center.
