Larry Norsworthy

Larry E. Norsworthy, 78, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, August 23, 2016, at the Cheyenne Regional Medical Center. Larry was born July 26, 1938, in Detroit, Michigan, son of the late Kenneth P. and Ruby M. (Modrow) Norsworthy. Larry worked as a cross county pipeline welder for Union #798. His love for playing golf led him to work as a golf starter for Prairie View Golf Course and a starter/ranger for PGA West GC in California. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend. Larry is survived by his loving wife, Karen; sons, Ron, Rafford, Larry (Michelle), and Marty Schroeder (Brenda); daughters, Debbie Dunn (Joe), Beverly Newsom (Robin), and Kim (Schroeder) Haak (Doug); and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents and two sons, Tim and Holly. Honorary pallbearers will be his golf friends. A memory service will be celebrated on Friday, August 26, 2016, at 1:30 p.m. at the Lakeview Chapel at Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home. A reception will follow at the Schrader Reception Center.
