Larry Waddell

Larry E. Waddell went to be with his Lord on March 22, 2011 at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center. Larry was born December 7, 1939 in Cullman, Alabama. He was a retired Assistant Chief with the Cheyenne Fire Department, a member of the Cheyenne Firefighters Local 279, he was a charter member of the Cheyenne Saddle Tramps and a diehard Oakland Raiders fan. He spent his life enjoying his family through many activities such as camping, fishing, riding motorcycles, riding and training horses and coaching and cheering on all sports activities. He had a great sense of humor and he touched so many lives in many different ways. He will be deeply missed. He is survived by his wife Patti Waddell; children Christy (Dean) Stewart, Jeffrey Waddell, Rie Waddell, all of Cheyenne and Tim (Cindy) Waddell of Riverside, CA; grandchildren, Cara Waddell, Joshua Walter, Justin Walter, Sara (Jacob) Mayberry, Crystal Stewart, Joseph Stewart and Kerry Stewart; great-grandchildren, McKayla, Jayden, Auston, Thaden, Royce and Skylar. He was preceded in death by his parents, John T. and Adelle Slavick and a daughter Lorraine Waddell. Funeral Services will be 11:00 a.m. Monday at Calvary Chapel with the Reverends Jason Taylor and Jason Siebert officiating. Intermetn will follow in Beth El Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jeffrey Waddell, Rie Waddell, Tim Waddell, Joshua Walter, Justin Walter, Dean Stewart. Those who wish may contribute to Meals on Wheels, 2015 S.
