Lawrence Lovato

Lawrence Lovato, 65, of Cheyenne died September 25, 2015 in Cheyenne. He was born July 1, 1950 in Holman, NM to Jose Noe and Lourdes Lovato. He married Linda Narvais on July 7, 1973 in Cheyenne. He was retired from the Union Pacific Railroad and a member of St. Mary's Cathedral, UP Old Timers, Lifetime member of VFW #4343, Knights of Columbus, American GI Forum, AMVETS, and VNEA Pool League. He is survived by his wife, Linda Lovato of Cheyenne; son , Jason (Melissa) Lovato of Cheyenne; granddaughter, Annabelle Lovato of Cheyenne,; siblings, Judy Cruz of Santa Fe, NM, Josefita Medina of Las Cruces, NM, Noe (Berlinda) Lovato of Cheyenne, Vicky Leyba of Albuquerque, NM, Katie Roybal of El Rancho, NM and Bobby Lovato of Albuquerque, NM; several nieces and nephews, including Shaila Hernandez and Christy Lovato-McAffee, both of Cheyenne. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Agnes Lovato. Visitation will be Tuesday 2:00 p.m. followed by a Vigil for the deceased at 7:00 p.m. in the Lakeview chapel at Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home. A Funeral Liturgy will be Wednesday 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph's Catholic Church. Interment will follow in Olivet Cemetery.
