Leland Brown

Leland LeeRoy Brown, 83, was born in Independence, Missouri on February 2, 1930 and passed away August 19, 2013 in Cheyenne Wyoming. He had lived in Cheyenne since 1977. Prior to moving to Cheyenne he lived in Des Moines, Iowa and Morristown, TN. He worked as a carpenter until he retired, and attended Miracle Valley Assembly of God Church. He enjoyed hunting and raising horses. He was preceded in death by his parents Earl and Ida Brown, 6 brothers and 5 sisters, and one granddaughter, Melissa Springer. He is survived by his wife Marguerite Brown, three sons; Leland Duane Brown of Torrington, Wyoming, Darwin LeeRoy (Kathy)Brown of Cheyenne, Wyoming and Craig Alton (Debbie) Brown of St. Petersburg, Florida and one daughter Marjorie Lynette (Ted) Walls of Zebulon, NC. He is also survived by one sister, 10 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place under the care of Schrader Funeral Home. Memorial Services will be announced at a later date. Those who wish may contribute to Miracle Valley Assembly of God Church.
