Leona Tincher

Leona C. Tincher of Cheyenne passed away peacefully on April 27, 2011 at the Davis Hospice Center in Cheyenne. She was 85 years old. Leona Carolyn Tincher was born March 26, 1926 in Sparta, Wisconsin, the daughter of Conrad and Emma Nibbelink. She married Eugene Tincher in Iowa, in which, they had one son born to them. She moved to Cheyenne in 2006 from her home in Lake Wales, Florida. She has resided at Pointe Frontier throughout her time here in Cheyenne. Leona is survived by her son, Rex L. Washburn of Cheyenne and four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She is preceded by her parents; her husband, Eugene Tincher and three brothers and two sisters. Private family services will take place in Wisconsin.
