Marjorie Hoflund

Marjorie M. Hoflund was born September 5, 1927 in King City, MO. She just celebrated her 83rd birthday. She went to meet her loved ones in heaven on April 5, 2011 surrounded by a few of the many who loved her. Marjorie was a homemaker and she was a member of the First Presbyterian Church. She married Marvin Hoflund and they recently celebrated their 65th anniversary in August of 2010. She was preceded by her husband by four days on April 1, 2011. She is survived by three grown children: Sandy (Tom) Blair of Laramie, Penny (Randy) Hickman of Cheyenne, and Jim (Denise) Hoflund of Laramie. Her beloved grandchildren: Morgan Hoopes, Kelsey Blair, Cody Hoflund, and Ty Hoflund of Laramie, and the granddaughter she helped to raise, Conner Hoflund of Cheyenne. She was also blessed with two great-grandchildren who made her face light up: Dylan and Chloe Hoopes of Laramie. She is survived by a sister in law, Nell Davis of Fort Collins. She was preceded in death by a son, Michael and two brothers, Rex and Charles Davis. A memorial service will be held for her and her husband, Marvin at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday at the First Presbyterian Church with Rev. Bob Garrard officiating.
