Marjorie McCann

Marjorie "Marge" McCann, 95, of Cheyenne passed away August 22, 2017 at Davis Hospice Center. She was born July 22, 1922 in Dalton, Nebraska to Paul and Margaret Cramer. She graduated from Cheyenne High School in 1940 and married John T. McCann in May 1941 in Cheyenne. She was a homemaker, member of the First Presbyterian Church, former Treasurer of Wyoming Women's Bowling Association 1964-1983, member Emeritus of Cheyenne Women's Bowling Association, former President of Cheyenne Newcomers Club and a lifetime member of Cheyenne Frontier Days Old West Museum, being Volunteer of the Year in 1989. She is survived by sons, Thomas (Donna) McCann, Kenneth McCann, Larry (Nancy) McCann and Dennis (Deb) McCann all of Cheyenne and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband John McCann; parents, Paul and Margaret Cramer; brothers, Erwin Cramer and Wayne Cramer and daughter-in-law, Kenneth's late wife, Nancy. Those who wish may contribute to the Cheyenne Frontier Days Old West Museum, Cheyenne Botanical Gardens or the Cheyenne Animal Shelter. Cremation has taken place under the care of Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home and services will be announced.
