Martin Cordova, (67) of Cheyenne, Wyoming, passed away on April 2, 2024, at the age of 67. He was a devoted father, brother, grandfather, and friend to many. Martin's life will be celebrated and honored during a Mass at St. Mary's Cathedral on April 17, 2024 at 2 pm.
He was born on May 31, 1956, to his loving parents Rose and Tony Cordova. Martin was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Anthony, sisters Claudia, Barbara, Lucille, Marie, Theresa, and a grandchild named Leandro.
Martin leaves behind a legacy of love and kindness through his children Mario, Amanda (and Tarcisio), Alexis (and Krystal), sisters Rita and Monica, brothers Dennis and Stephen, as well as his ten cherished grandchildren Francisco, Xavier, Amiya, Avisiana, Alicia, Katana, Emma, Adam, Ilyena, and Ozias.
Martin was known as being an excellent teacher to his grandchildren who all described him as a very loving man. His passion for music was evident, he especially loved Classic Rock and R&B. His grandchildren even got him interested in some Rap/Hip Hop Music. His Grandchildren remember him as a kind-hearted individual who imparted valuable life lessons to them - showcasing his unwavering support in their endeavors. Martin took immense pride in his family. Aside from music interests he enjoyed gaming activities along with football, gaming, MMA fights, and fishing.
Martin had an infectious sense of humor that brought joy to those around him; a witty and charming personality that will be dearly missed by his family members, friends, and neighbors. His loss leaves eternal gap in their hearts.
The Mass to honor Martin Cordova's life will take place at St. Mary's Cathedral on April 17th, where friends, and family members, and neighbors will gather to commemorate the remarkable life he lived and the memories he created with everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.
