Mary Anne Foreman

Mary Anne Foreman, 94, of Cheyenne, Wyoming died November 2, 2022 at Davis Hospice Center.

Mary Anne was born October 1, 1928, in Laramie, Wyoming to Floyd B. Foreman and Dorothy DeMoss Foreman. She received a bachelor’s degree in 1950 from the University of Wyoming. She lived for periods of time in Lusk, Wyoming, in Denver, Colorado, and in Laguna Hills, California. She taught elementary school, worked as an educational consultant for Houghton Mifflin, and she was an administrative assistant for the Laguna Hills Mall before retiring and returning to Wyoming.  She had lived in Cheyenne since 2006.

Mary Anne is survived by her daughters, Sally F. Griffith of Philadelphia, Laura N. Griffith and Lynn G. Carlson, both of Cheyenne; sons-in-law, James K. Pringle and Mike Carlson; grandchildren, Courtney York, William G. Bennett, and James G. Pringle; and great-grandsons, Lance York and Mason York.

Her family will hold services on November 25, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Highlands Presbyterian Church, 2390 Pattison Avenue, Cheyenne.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Recover Wyoming, Davis Hospice Center or the Highlands Presbyterian Church.
