Mary Naish

Mrs. Mary Ann Naish, 65, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, passed away early Thursday morning, December 10, 2015, at her home. Mrs. Naish was born April 28, 1950, in Lander, Wyoming, daughter of the late Lloyd and Annie (Warpness) Rood. Mary was raised and educated in Buffalo, Wyoming. She worked in both nursing homes and hospitals, but most recently as an activities director. She met the love of her life, Fred Naish, in 1970, and they married on May 3, 1972. She loved to have family and friends join her for holiday meals and on shopping trips. She also enjoyed music, especially loved dancing and classic movies. She loved her family and will be a loss to the entire world. Mary is survived by her loving husband, Fred Naish; a son, Justin Naish; a daughter, Julia Senn; brothers, Donald, Albert, and Aaron Rood; a sister, Holly Long; nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. A memory service will be conducted on Sunday, December 13th 10:00 a.m. at the Lakeview Chapel at Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home. A reception will follow at the Schrader Reception Center. A private interment will be held at Cheyenne Memorial Gardens.
