A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, March 13th from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at the Airport Golf Clubhouse. Mary Beth Parker died Monday, March 8, 2010, at Davis Hospice Center. She was born in York, Nebraska, on September 12, 1953. She is survived by her companion, Doug Frew of E. Wenatchee, WA; her parents, Clyde (Buzz) & Frances Parker of Cheyenne; her brothers, Steven Parker and wife, Sally, of Englewood FL, and twin brother, Jeff Parker and wife, Muff, of Cheyenne; two sisters, Jane Derrisaw and husband, Charlie, of Centennial CO, and Sue Nesit and husband, Ed, of Cheyenne, nieces and nephews, Brian Derrisaw of Orchard Park, NY, Dr. James Derrisaw of Fort Collins, CO, Tim Cederburg of Chandler, AZ, JoEllen Hockley of Cheyenne, Fay Cederburg Rudolph of Vancouver, WA, Michelle Callahan and Kent Parker both of Tigard, OR, and Stephanie Parker of Cheyenne; sixteen great-nieces and great-nephews. Beth is also survived by her Aunt, Lucille Hall, Estes Park, CO. Beth was employed by Rock Resorts for many years in the Wyoming Tetons and St John, US Virgin Islands. She received her nursing degree from LCCC in 1996, and practiced nursing since that time. She was an avid outdoorswoman. Cremation has taken place by Schrader’s Sunset Park Crematory. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Davis Hospice Center, 6000 Sycamore, Cheyenne, WY 82009, or a charity of one’s choice.
