Mary Stroud

Mary A. Stroud, 93, of Cheyenne died November 7, 2011 at Davis Hospice Center in Cheyenne. She was born March 23, 1918 in Torrington, WY to Charles and Ida Jondrow. She married Homer Stroud in Harrisburg, NE. She and her husband were engaged in a farming operation from the 1930s to the 1990s. She was a homemaker and a member of the Order of Eastern Star. She is survived by her children, Judi Krieger of Cheyenne, Gerald Stroud of Cheyenne and Karen Stephenson of Enterprise, FL; 6 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Homer Stroud and her parents, Charles and Ida Jondrow; and a granddaughter, Shauna Vigil. Memorial services will be 11:00 a.m. Monday at Colyer Funeral Home Chapel in Torrington. Those who wish may contribute to Davis Hospice Center, 6000 Sycamore, Cheyenne, WY 82009.
