Melvin E. Waterman, 73, of Pine Bluffs, Wyoming passed away Thursday, February 14, 2019 at the Cheyenne Regional Medical Center. Melvin was born December 24, 1945 in Stronghurst, Illinois. A memory service will be celebrated on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at the Pine Bluffs United Methodist Church. Cremation is under the care of Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home.
