Michael O'Toole

Michael Hartlett O’Toole, 67, of Cheyenne passed away on Tuesday, November 12, 2019.  Michael was born to Edward Hartlett Powell and Mary Patricia (Kurtz) O’Toole in Cheyenne, Wyoming on July 19, 1952.

He is preceded in death by his parents and his adopted father William O’Toole.  He is survived by his daughters Kelley Moriarity and Jennifer Kitts; grandchildren Odin Hathaway, Milo Kitts, Jonah Kitts and Madeleine Moriarity.  In addition, he is survived by his former wife Gene O’Toole.

Michael retired in 2009 from the Laramie County School District after teaching at Arp Elementary for thirty years.

A memorial service will be held at Schrader, Aragon, and Jacoby Funeral Home at 10 am on December 14, 2019.
