Miyoko Pate

Miyoko Yara Pate, 83, of Cheyenne died September 29, 2012 at Life Care Center of Cheyenne. She was born January 6, 1924 in Okinawa, Japan. After WWII she helped raise her brothers and sisters and later moved to the United States. She retired from the hospital. She is survived by a brother Chosh Yara and a sister Fumi Taira both of Okinawa, Japan. Cremation has taken place under the care of Schrader Funeral Home and memorial services will be held in Okinawa.
