Myrlen Dixson

Myrlen E. "Dude" Dixson, 90, of Cheyenne passed away March 8, 2018 in Cheyenne. He was born May 28, 1927 in Atwood, KS to Aaron and Clara Dixson. He married Charline Doerfler on June 29, 1951 in Scottsbluff, NE. He retired as a senior engineer for Caterpillar. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Burns. He is survived by his children, Karen Ann Houseman of Cheyenne, Gregg Eugene Dixson of Steamboat Springs, CO and Martin Patrick Dixson of Cheyenne; grandchildren, Jaime Winchell, Brandon Houseman, Sarah Strandholm, Linnea Dixson, Dane Dixson, Tate Dixson and Kore Dixson and 7 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, parents, and siblings, Jim Dixson, Doris Taylor and Donald Dixson. Cremation has taken place and private family services will be held. Cremation is under the care of Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home.
