Nadine Cornell

Nadine Cornell, 86, of Cheyenne died April 30, 2013 at Lifecare Center of Cheyenne. She was born October 10, 1926 in Ozark, IL to Harry F. and Verla Collier. She married James A. Cornell on January 30, 1943 in Elizabethtown IL and was a homemaker. She was a member of Highlands United Presbyterian Church, AARP and the VFW Women's Auxillary in Beaver, UT and Golconda, IL. She is survived by her children, Jackie Stone of Cheyenne, Linda Shepperd of Ft. Collins, CO, Annette Lancial of Taylor Ridge, IL, Scott Cornell of Livermore, CO, Brett Cornell of Corinth, TX and Chris Cornell of Oakland, CA; sister Doris Lynn of Moline, IL 14 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a daughter, Phyllis Cornell; son Timothy Cornell and a great-grandson, Dax Lancial. Donations may be made to Davis Hospice Center or Highlands United Presbyterian Church. Memorial Services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday at Highlands United Presbyterian Church. Private interment of her urn will be held at a later date in Illinois. Cremation has taken place under the care of Schrader Funeral Home.
