Nancy McCann

Nancy L. McCann, 68, of Cheyenne died March 2, 2016, at Davis Hospice Center. She was born October 15, 1947, in Cheyenne to Windy and Fran Morris. She married Kenneth McCann on March 27, 1982, in Cheyenne. She worked for the State of Wyoming Department of Administration and Information. She was very active in Cheyenne Frontier Days including the General Committee, the Dazee Bristol Society, and a member of HEELS. She was also a member of the Cheyenne Airport Golf Club. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth McCann of Cheyenne; son, Jeffrey T. Smith of Los Angeles, CA; and brother, Rob Morris of Cheyenne. She was preceded in death by her parents, Fran & Russ Fennel and Windy & Lue Morris. Those who wish may contribute to the CFD Old West Museum, CFD Memorial Scholarship Fund or the CFD Volunteer Crisis Fund. Cremation has taken place under the care of Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
