Oliver Scully, 16 months, passed away on November 26, 2016 in Cheyenne. He was born July 28, 2015 in Cheyenne to Emily Vavra-Scully, and was being raised by his maternal grandparents, Machelle & Marcus Stotts. He attended Element Church with his family. He is survived by his mother, Emily Vavra-Scully of Cheyenne; grandparents, Machelle and Marcus Stotts of Cheyenne and Jim Vavra of Iowa; great-granny, Kay Chapman of Cheyenne and many aunts, uncles and cousins, including Bianca Scully who resided with him in the home. A Memorial Service will be 3:00 p.m. Friday in the Lakeview Chapel at Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home with a reception to follow in the Schrader Reception Center. In lieu of flowers, donation may be made to Operation Christmas Child, c/o Samaritan's Purse, PO Box 3000, Boone, NC 28607, www.samaritanspurse.org.
