Otto N. White, 86, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, passed away Thursday, May 12, 2016, at the Cheyenne Regional Medical Center. Mr. White was born September 30, 1929, in Morehead, Kentucky. A private interment service with military honors will be held at the convenience of the family. Cremation is under the care of Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home.
