Owen Cotton

Private family services. Mr. Owen Gilbert Cotton, 46, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, passed away suddenly on Saturday, November 28, 2009, at his home in Cheyenne. Owen was born June 10, 1963, in Cheyenne, a son of Gilbert and Elsie (Blaze) Cotton. Owen was an outdoorsman who loved to hunt and fish. He enjoyed playing bingo and taking numerous trips to Black Hawk, Colorado, to gamble. He loved to spend time with his family, particularly his nieces and nephews. He is survived by his mother, Elsie Cotton of Cheyenne; a brother, Larry Cotton of Cheyenne; four sisters, Sharon Kelley and husband, Ed, of Cheyenne, Darlene Dennis and husband, Ralph, of Wheatland, WY, Linda Cotton of Cheyenne, and Shirley Drury and husband, Dave, of White Plains, GA; and numerous nieces and nephews. Owen is preceded in death by his father, Gilbert Cotton, and a brother, Raymond Cotton. Cremation will take place at Schrader’s Sunset Park Crematory.
