Patsie Bartley

Patsie Ann Bartley, 81, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, passed away Wednesday, March 9, 2016, at the Granite Wellness Center of Cheyenne. Patsie was born September 8, 1934, in Cheyenne, a daughter of the late Archie and Twila (Logan) Davis. Patsie was raised on the Davis family homestead ranch in Buford, and she was a graduate of Central High School in 1952. She married M. Ray Bartley in 1953 and the couple moved to Laramie, Casper and ultimately resided in Cheyenne. She worked as the budget officer for the Wyoming Army National Guard and the Wyoming Air National Guard. She loved to golf and she was a member of the Airport Golf Course. Her other interests included fishing, hunting, playing cards and caring for her dogs, Duffy and Star. She also enjoyed serving as bookkeeper for 14 years for the Cheyenne Frontier Day Calcutta. Patsie is survived by her husband, M. Ray Bartley of Cheyenne; brother, Harold Davis of Albany, WY; sister, Joan Marr of Omaha, NE; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. private family service will be held at a later date. Cremation is under the care of Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home.
