Internment: A private interment service will be held at Beth El Cemetery at a later date. Mrs. Patsy Jean (Schafer) Cissell, 84, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, passed away Friday, December 4, 2010, at her home. Mrs. Cissell was born September 12, 1926, in Indianapolis, Indiana, a daughter of Vernon and Albert (Schaffer) Schafer. Patsy was a member of the VFW Auxiliary for more than 40 years. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, and she will be missed by all of her family members and many friends. She is survived by her daughter, Karen Miller and husband, Kevin, of Wheatland, WY; and three grandchildren, Chris Manning of Helena, MT, Tanya Cissell of Spokane, WA, and Nick Cissell of Denver, CO. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Glenn D. Cissell; her son, Dennis W. Cissell; and a sister.
