Phillip Stowers

Phillip Stowers passed away Tuesday, December 19th at his home in Cheyenne. He was born July 8, 1941 in San Diego California. He retired from the Wyoming Highway Patrol in 2003 and had worked in law enforcement in California and Wyoming for 40 years. He is survived by his wife Linda Stowers; daughter, Shannon (Robert) Garcia; sons, Bowdy (Rene) and Shaun Stowers; granddaughters, Nicole (Byron) Blanchard, Cortney (Jarrod) Wernick, Chris Garcia, Hannah Stowers, Rachel Stowers, Danielle Glowacki, Michael Stowers and Brooke Stowers; great-grandchildren, Rowan Blanchard, Paisley Blanchard, Teagan Wernick and Madison Wernick. He is also survived by a sister, Wanda Williams, of Indio California. A celebration of life will be scheduled for a future date in the spring.
