Priscilla Ann Lynch Roedel died at Davis Hospice Center on Wednesday, November 23, 2011 after a brief illness. Priscilla was born in Hartford, CT to Dr. John F. Lynch and Margaret McGarry Lynch Dinneen on June 11, 1933. She graduated from St. Mary's High School in Cheyenne, attended Dominican College in San Rafael, CA, and graduated from the University of Wyoming. After graduation, Priscilla taught grade school at Churchill and Cole Elementary Schools until her marriage to Andrew E. Roedel, III on May 14, 1969. Andy and Priscilla owned and operated Roedel's Drug store together, and, following Andy's death, Priscilla continued running the store until its closure in 2007. Priscilla was a member of St. Mary's Cathedral, Cathedral Guild, St. Anthony's Circle, Questers, and Cheyenne Pi Beta Phi Alumnae Club. She enjoyed needlework, gardening, and reading. She and Andy enjoyed travelling and took many fantastic trips during their 28-year marriage. Priscilla is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Andrew E. and Mary Amstutz Roedel IV of North Bend, Washington, and John K. and Jennifer Pierce Roedel of Cheyenne, Wyoming, and five grandsons; Noah, Riley, and Logan Roedel of Cheyenne, and Andrew E. and Aaron Roedel of North Bend, WA. She is also survived by her sister, Ann Dinneen Smith, several nephews, nieces, and great nephews and nieces; sisters-in-law, Isabel Roedel Bull, Josephine S. Lynch, and Marietta Dinneen. She was preceded in death by her parents; step-father William J. Dinneen Sr.; sisters Margaret Lynch Cunningham and Katherine Dinneen Rhoades and brothers John F. Lynch and William J. Dinneen Jr.; and her beloved husband, Andy, on July 18, 1997. Pallbearers will be nephews, John F. Lynch III, Timothy J. Lynch, Patrick J. Lynch, Craig D. Pindell, Kenneth Bull, and Tim Smith. Visitation will be Tuesday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Schrader Funeral Home. A Vigil for the Deceased will be Tuesday 7:00 p.m. in Schrader Chapel. A Funeral Liturgy will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Mary's Cathedral. Interment will follow in Olivet Cemetery.
