Raymond Hoefler

Raymond J. Hoefler, 70, of Cheyenne died August 9, 2014 at Kindred Care in Cheyenne. He was born December 20, 1943 in Sterling, Colorado to Frank and Mary Hoefler. He was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church and the VFW in Fleming, CO. He worked at the Coors Brewery and as a roofer. He served a tour of duty in the Vietnam Conflict while serving in the Marines. He is survived by his brothers Andy Hoefler of Blair, NE, Sylvester Hoefler of Dallas, TX, Ben Hoefler of Springfield, IL, Jerry Hoefler of Torrington, WY, Mike Hoefler of Victor, MT, Vince Hoefler of Fleming, CO; sisters, Jean Tomlinson of Oakdale, CA, Caroline Daise of Holyoke, CO and Aggie Derby of Cheyenne, WY. He was preceded in death by his parents. Those who wish may contribute to the St. Joseph's Children Home in Torrington, WY. A Funeral Liturgy will be Tuesday 3:30 p.m. at Holy Trinity Catholic Church. Interment will follow on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at St. Peter's Cemetery in Fleming, CO. Services are under the care of Schrader Funeral Home.
