R. Dennis Rodgers

.Dennis "Moose" Rodgers, 68, of Cheyenne died April 5, 2016 at Poudre Valley Hospital in Fort Collins, CO. He was born July 26, 1947 in Akron, OH to Joseph and Lynn Rodgers. He married Barb Chrisman and retired as a heavy equipment operator for the City of Cheyenne. Moose was a veteran of the Vietnam Conflict serving in the US Army serving October 1966 to October 1969. He is survived by his wife, Barb Chrisman of Cheyenne; children, Darrell (Grace) Chrisman of San Angelo, TX and Kelli (Les) Shuey of Scottsbluff, NE; grandchildren Eric & Sara Chrisman and Meagan & Rylee Shuey; brothers, Joseph Rodgers of Wadsworth, OH, Mickey Rodgers of Lombard, IL and Eddie Rodgers of Fairlawn, OH and numerous nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, those who wish may contribute to the American Legion of their choice. Funeral Services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 16, 2016 at Lakeview Chapel at Schrader Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home with interment in Mountain View Memorial Park. Services are under the care of Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home.
