Richard Clayton "Dick" MacDonald

Richard Clayton “Dick” MacDonald, a caring Father, Grandfather, Brother, and Friend, left this world on December 23, 2022, at age 75.  Dick was known for his strong Faith, his Love of God, and his Love of Family.

Dick was Born January 1, 1947, in Downey, California. He is survived by his four siblings, and by his children Jessie MacDonald, Eric MacDonald, Jessica Biggs, David Franck, and nine grandchildren.

As a young man, Dick enjoyed motorcycles, music, hunting, and occasional mischief.  Dick was retired from a successful career as an accomplished heavy equipment operator and all-around handy guy to have around.  Dick always gave his time and talents to help others, and would share his extensive knowledge of mechanics, carpentry, and general life lessons.  Dick could always be counted on for his wealth of jokes and his great sense of humor.

Dick will be honored at a Celebration of Life to be announced later.  In lieu of flowers, donations to the family will be appreciated to help with expenses, or donations can be made to the charity of your choice, such as Black Dog Rescue, on behalf of Dick MacDonald.
