Richard "Rich" Moberley

Richard Scott "Rich" Moberley, 80, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, died December 1, 2015, at Life Care of Cheyenne. He was born November 11, 1935, in Cheyenne. Rich served in the Air National Guard, was a restaurant manager and managed two retail stores in Cheyenne. He retired as a supply manager for the Sate of Wyoming. He is survived by his beloved and longtime friends, Bev Lee and Joe McKee. He was preceded in death by his mother, Gladys Moberley, father and siblings. At Rich's request private graveside services have taken place in Ft. Collins, Colorado.
