Robert Bon

Robert K. Bon, 91, of Loveland, Colorado, passed away December 1, 2019 at the Good Samaritan Village in Loveland.

Robert was born June 28, 1928 in Cheyenne and spent most of 80 years in Cheyenne before moving to Loveland.

Robert graduated from St. Mary’s High School and then attended the University of Wyoming until 1950.  He spent two years working for Standard Oil of Indiana in Casper before moving back to Cheyenne where he worked for the Wyoming State Examiner’s Office until retiring in 1987.

After retiring, he and his wife, Helen, purchased a mountain home in Rainbow Valley west of Laramie where they spent many winter and summer days while maintaining their home in Cheyenne.  They kept the Rainbow Valley property until 2007 when his wife died.  He then moved to Loveland and lived at the Good Samaritan Village until his death.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at Olivet Cemetery.  Cremation is under the care of Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home.
