Robert R. Bullock, 81, of Cheyenne, died May 10 at the Cheyenne Regional Medical Center. He was born on July 4, 1930 in Evanston, Wyoming to Leland and Juanita Bullock. Bob graduated from high school in Evanston and later form the University of Utah in 1954. He serviced in the United States Army and was stationed in Germany during the Korean War. He attended the University Of Wyoming College Of Law, graduating with an LLB in 1959. Thereafter Bob practiced law in Casper, for a number of years during which time he served for one term in the Wyoming House of Representatives. During the years 1966 to 1974 he was employed in Washington D.C. as a legislative assistant to the democratic United State Senator from Wyoming, Gale McGee. Bob is best remembered by his family as a lifelong democrat who imaged them always to do the best in whatever they do and never to give up. He demonstrated and instilled a love for our country's heritage. He was a loving father who always demonstrated love, kindness, integrity and a sense of humor. Bob is survived by his son, Robert Bullock, his daughter Elizabeth Post and by his step sons, Wyatt Merriman and Scott Merriman. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, Leland Post, Leanne Post, Nicole Post, Nathan Weis, Susan Bullock, Julia Bullock, Allie Bullock and Robert Bullock; and by four great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and by his only brother.
