Robert Deselms

Robert A. Deselms, 61, of Ft. Collins, Colorado, passed away at his home on Wednesday, August 5, 2015. Robert was born April 16, 1954, in Cheyenne, Wyoming, a son of Kenneth and Norma (Sandberg) Deselms. Robert was raised in Albin, Wyoming, and moved to Ft. Collins with his wife, Denise, where he worked for Mountain View Dairy. He loved agriculture and he enjoyed the Larimer County agriculture community. He and his wife owned beef cattle and were looking forward to raising them in their retirement. His heart was in Wyoming and he will be especially missed by his family. Robert is survived by his loving wife, Denise (Fogg) Deselms of Ft. Collins; his mother, Norma Deselms of Albin; four siblings, Howard Deselms of Albin, Joe Deselms of Albin, Shirley Carpenter of Cheyenne, and Harvey Deselms of Cheyenne; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. He is preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Deselms. A memorial service will be conducted on Friday, September 18, 2015, at 4:30 p.m. at the Golden Prairie Baptist Church in Burns with Pastor Jeff Giles officiating. Cremation is under the care of Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home.
