Robert D. Koellner, 70, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, passed away Sunday, October 15, 2017, at the Davis Hospice Center. Robert was born November 13, 1946, in Dresden, Kansas. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 28, 2017, at 1:00 p.m. at the Schrader Reception Center. Cremation is under the care of Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home.
