Roger W. Miller, 50, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Tuesday, November 14, 2017. Roger was born February 2, 1967, in Zeist, Netherlands, a son of Freddie A. and Emmelinda (Martinez) Miller. A Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated on Friday, November 17, 2017, at 10:30 a.m. at the St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Carl Gallinger as celebrant. An interment service will follow at Olivet Cemetery. Cremation is under the care of Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home.
