Rose B. Levin, 93, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday evening, February 26, 2017. Rose was born August 22, 1923, in Denver, Colorado, daughter of the late Morris and Sarah (Shuman) Goldstein. Rose was a lifelong resident of Cheyenne and she was a graduate of Central High School. She worked at F.E. Warren Air Force Base for a period of time, but her greatest joy was caring for her home and for her family. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Rose is survived by her son, Stuart Levin of Cheyenne; her daughter, Sandy Phillips and husband, Daryl, of Huntington Beach, CA; three granddaughters, Sara Phillips Brown, Jamie Phillips Holzmann and Allison Levin Crow; and two great-grandchildren, Max Brown and Thea Rose Holzmann. She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Max Levin. A graveside service will be conducted on Tuesday, February 28, 2017, at 1:00 p.m. at the Cheyenne Jewish Cemetery. A Meal of Condolence will follow the interment at Little America.
