Roy E. "Ed" Copeland, 88, of Cheyenne, Wyoming passed away Monday, April 22, 2019 at his home surrounded by his loving family. Roy was born March 19, 1931 in Rock Camp, West Virginia. At Roy's request, there will be no services. Cremation is under the care of Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home.
