Ruben Deines

Ruben Deines, 86, of Cheyenne, who had been ill for several years, passed away November 9, 2016, at Cheyenne Healthcare with his wife, Alice, by his side. He was born December 10, 1929, in Martin, SD, to Jacob and Katherine (Walter) Deines. Ruben married the love of his life, Alice Lansden, on February 13, 1981, in Torrington. Ruben is survived by his wife, Alice; stepson, Dr. Dale Lansden and his wife, Ann. In marriage he also inherited wonderful grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Esther and Darlene; brother, John; stepson, Lynn; and grandson, Steven. Those who wish may contribute to the Miracle Valley Church. Memorial services will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 18, 2016 at Miracle Valley Church, 5201 HR Ranch Rd. with Pastor Ed Fugate officiating. Services and Cremation are under the care of Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home. Ruben's last days on earth were heartbreaking, but his last day he slowly made his heavenly journey peacefully. He was so loved and loving to his inherited family and will be missed. He touched our lives with his love.
