Russell Beasley, Jr.

Russell O. Beasley, Jr., 57, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, June 24, 2016, at the Cheyenne Regional Medical Center. Russell was born December 3, 1958, in San Bernardino, California, a son of Russell O. and Ora Dee (Mixon) Beasley, Sr. Russell worked as a chef and loved to cook for his family and friends. He also loved to laugh, particularly at this own jokes. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, son and friend. Russell is survived by his loving wife, Brenda Beasley; four children, Russell O. Beasley, III, Julie Beasley, Rondell Taylor and Mylisha Taylor; his mother, Ora Dee Beasley; and six grandchildren, Marquis Taylor, Zenia Taylor, Imani Bevel, Lamar Taylor, Isabella Bevel and Dometrus Bevel. He is preceded in death by his father, Russell O. Beasley, Sr. A memory service will be celebrated on Saturday, July 2, 2016, at 10:30 a.m. at the Lakeview Chapel at Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home with Pastor Jewel Thomas officiating. Cremation will follow under the care of Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home.
